Abstract

The anthers of the male sterile line of cabbage (2001038) and its maintainer (2001039) at the small floral bud stage, the big floral bud stage and the full bloom stage were taken for analysis of the isozymes of POD, ATPase, COD and AMY with PGEM electrophoresis. The results showed that the number of isozyme bands and their intensity varied between the male sterile line and its maintainer.
