Evaluation and Comparison of Technological Inovation Capacity of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Shaanxi Provinces

The paper aims to evaluate and contrast the technological inovation capacity of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province,providing a realistic basis for the decision-making.By the method of principal component analysis,four technological inovation capacities of 7 equipment manufacturing industries in Shaanxi province are compared with those of other five provinces and national level.The study shows that shaanxi's technological inovation capacity of equipment manufacturing industry is weaker as a whole,but the transportation equipment manufacturing industry,instrumentation and culture,office machinery manufacturing industry,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry and general equipment manufacturing have inovative advantages.The results indicate that Shaanxi province should enhance the technological inovation capacity of the equipment manufacturing industry with the four industries as a breakthrough.
