Abstract

Objective To investigate the feasibility and value of multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging technique in assessment of the extent of liver cirrhosis caused by clonorchiasis. Methods 28 cases of liver cirrhosis group(14 cases of mild,9 cases of moderate,5 cases of severe) and 10 cases of normal liver perfusion CT scan,to study the difference of CT perfusion parameters. Results The extent of liver cirrhosis of different blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),hepatic arterial fraction(HAF),portal vein perfusion flow(PVP) valued a significant statistical difference;mild liver cirrhosis and normal liver CT perfusion parameters value(BV,BF,HAF,PVP) was no significant statistical difference;moderate and severe cirrhosis and normal liver CT perfusion parameters(BV,BF,HAF,PVP) showed significant difference between. Conclusion CT perfusion pa-rameters related to the liver cirrhosis, which can be used as an important indicator for assessment of the extent of liver cirrhosis.
