Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diffuse axonal injury(DAI) of the CT,conventional MRI sequences and susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) features and diagnostic value. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 42 cases of DAI in patients with image data, analysis, comparison CT,MRI,and SWI signal characteristics and brain lesions display rate. Results: SWI showed lesions up to the most sensitive;brain CT scan, followed by;poor sensitivity of conventional MRI sequences, only some of the lesions appear. Conclusion: CT,MRI,and SWI of DAI early diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of important reference value,SWI DAI is the most effective diagnostic imaging method of choice.
