Abstract
Objective:To study the epidemic characteristics of children's measles and provide the prevention measures of children's measles scientifically.Methods:The investigator analyzed the data of 89 measles children hospitalized from January 2003 to March 2005 retrospectively.Results:The incidence of measles showed increasing trend.Of the total patients,the rate between male and female patients was 1.79∶1.The incidence of measles of infants(under 8 months) was 21.34%,one even 49 days old,the incidence of measles of floating population and countryside people was 19.10% and 57.30%,meanwhile the incidence of measles among the patients without measles vaccination was 53.42%.94.38% were patients who suffered from some lung diseases.Conclusion:The increasing trend of child measles,floating population and people in the countryside should be paid attention to.
