Abstract
Obiective To analyzse the results of nucleic acid testing and routinely ELISA test for blood screening.Methods 34 580 specimens were firstly detected by ELISA.All of the dual ELISA negative specimens were sent for nucleic acid test which were performed on automatic NAT system.Results NAT reactive specimens were 63 out of 33 364 ELISA negative specimens.The identification tests which used Roche detection reagents were performed.42 samples were determined HBV-DNA positive.Meanwhile,no positive of HCV-RNA and HIV-RNA were detected.Conclusion There is a certain degree of residual rick by using only ELISA on blood screening.As a result,it's very important for implement of nucleic acid test and operation of standardization management.
