Abstract

With the application of computer and Internet tecnology,library is developing to digitization and networking.New technology,equipment,management mode and service method bring chance and challenge to every librarian.Accepting continuing education has become the question need to be solve for librarians.This paper analyses the significance of develop continuing education of librarians,and discusses the contents of continuing education of librarians.
