Abstract

The continuing education for librarians is a kind of re-education for renewing,expanding and improving the knowledge of librarians.This paper analyzes the present situation of our country's continuing education for librarians,points out some problems existing in our country's continuing education for librarians,and puts forward some strategies for improving the continuing education for librarians.
