Abstract
Objective To observe serum sCD40L,MMP-9 level and its relevance in different types of coronary heart disease(CHD) in patients. Methods The present study was involved in 84 cases of patients with CHD,including acute myocardial infarction(AMI) 30 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) 29 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP) 25 cases and another 23 Normal controls. The serum sCD40L and MMP-9 were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of CD40L,MMP-9 in AMI and UAP group were significantly higher than that in SAP group and control group(P0.05).sCD40L in AMI and UAP group was positive related to MMP-9(r=0.974,P0.01 and r=0.959,P0.01.respectively).Conclusion The serum sCD40L and MMP-9 of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)increased significantly.
