On The Constestation of Management Model among Modernity, Hyper-modernity and Post-modernity

The author thinks that the laws on the world,the inevitability of historical development,the verity of knowledge and all kinds of determinisms have been challenged since 1990s.People come tO realize that it's necessary to change the tradi- tional,rational and“scientific”cognition patterns,the innovation models of knowledge and management evolutionary models. This paper discusses the evolutionary models of management from the following points of view such as modernity;hyper- modernity and post-modernity.Finally,the author comes to the conclusion that it's necessary for the development of raanagement to let its directions of development be diversified.
