Abstract
Objective To evaluate the transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy 10 clinical value.Methods We analyzed 178 cases of ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy 10 patients with clinical data.Results The group of 178 cases,100 percent success rate,prostate cancer,65 patients(36.5%),benign prostatic hyperplasia 104 cases(58.5%),atypical hyperplasia in 4 cases(2.2%),inflammation in 3 cases(1.7%),epithelial within the tumor in 2 cases(1.1%).Anal bleeding in 10 patients(5.6%),hematuria in 7 patients(3.9%).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy 10 is a safe and effective diagnostic method to help improve the early diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostate disease in the differential diagnosis.
