As a new economic growth model,recycling economy is will improve economic growth of Shanxi Province.Under the context of deterioration of global environment and declining growth rate of economy,the only way for large-scale state-owned coal enterprises in Shanxi Province is to transform the enterprise development strategy and adopt the recycling economic development mode,in order to maintain competitive edge among nationwide and international coal enterprises.
