Analyzing Low Carbon Economy Development of Shanxi Coal Enterprises with SWOT

Shanxi Province is an important coal production base in China. It is the first national comprehensive reform pilot area of resource-based economy transformation in China. It is also a high carbon province. Under double pressures of energy conservation and emissions reduction and the development of economy,the state-owned coal enterprise in Shanxi Province must develop low-carbon economy. On the road of the low carbon economy development there are internal advantages and also disadvantages,and the external opportunities and threats as well. Facing the internal and external environment,coal enterprises must develop low carbon economy namely low-carbon development,that is; saving resources,improving technology and economic development.
