Analysis on the Revolution and Consummation of Intellectual Property Management System in University

According to the objective requirements of promoting university technology innovation and high-tech industrialization,continuously upgrading the core competitiveness of university and practically promoting the effective implementation of national intellectual property strategy,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and deficiency of current university intellectual property management system in China.It proposes some countermeasures and proposals on changing and improving Chinese university intellectual property management system from the perspective of establishing some specialized agencies,equipping with professional management personnel,establishing a special fund,fully enhancing protection,and promoting and inspiring the acquisition and transformation of technological innovation achievements.
