The Deconstruction of Masculine Discourse Authority

The fictional text Uncle's Story was written by the authoress Wang Anyi,in which she set up a young male narrator to narrate,recollect,investigate and then restate his uncle's story. On the basis of the presupposed theory—self-exposing fiction,the narrator in the text deconstructs the authority of masculine discourse through a precisely narrative process. The aim of the study is to illuminate the fiction Uncle's Story from the perspective of feminist narratology.
