An Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Rural Financial and Rural Economy——The Case of Xinjiang

Based on the time-series data of 1984-2008 in Xinjiang,we aim to identify the relationship between rural finance of Xinjiang and rural economy of Xinjiang.This empirical research shows that rural finance of Xinjiang and rural economy of Xinjiang develop uncoordinatedly.There is a long and stable relation between the rural finance of Xinjiang and rural economy of Xinjiang,while the rural finance cannot make the rural economy of Xinjiang develop well.In order to improve this kind uncoordinated relationship,firstly,we should speed up constructing organization system;secondly,our government should create a microenvironment,normalize and guide rural finance to serve the rural economy well.
