Abstract
This article used method of co integration analysis and granger causality test,based on dates from 1980 to 2008 of Xinjiang,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relation ship between and degree of dependence on rural economic growth and rural finance development.The result shows that rural finance development plays an important role in promoting rural economic growth,which,in turn,this paper suggests that effective polices should be made to promote rural finance development to accelerate the construction of new countryside.
