Abstract
With the perfection of market economy and the enlargement of social opening, there is more and more flowing of social members, which results from the interaction of structural mobility and non-structural mobility although the latter is much larger than the former. The transformation of the social structure brings about many opportunities for employment, and both the opening among social strata and the popularization of education provide the mobility with convenience. But, still, for different groups, there is different opportunity structure. As far as their mobility for realizing their own social status, although achieved factors play an important part, ascribed factors of family status is an “impetus” tool, being, to a certain extent, unfair in the market competition.
