Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in debridement in children injured at earthquake. Methods 36 patients with ASAⅠ~Ⅱ grade injured at earthquake treated with debridement were randomly divided into sevoflurane inhalation anaesthesia group(Group S) and ketamine anesthesia group(Group K).Sevoflurane inhalation or ketamine intramuscular injection were used for induction and maintenance of anesthesia. The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),respiratory frequency(R) and Pulse Oxygen Saturation(SpO2) during anesthesia were recorded. The consciousness extinction time and consciousness recovery time were recorded. The side-effect during ansesthesia were investigated. Results The MAP and HR in Group K markedly raised compared with that in Group S.The consciousness extinction time and consciousness recovery time in Group S were obviously shorter than those in Group K.There were fewer excitation, restlessness and secretion in Group S that that in Group K.Conclusion It is safe to use sevoflurane inhalation for debridement anesthesia in the children injured at earthquake.
