Abstract
Objective:To study the accuracy and utility of ROOT ZX measurement in primary teeth root canal length.Method:65primary teeth (25 incisor,40 molar) was measured by ROOT ZX. The accuracy was evaluated by radiological observation. Result: ROOT ZX is a tendency to estimate the root canal length just equal or short of the radiological apex. The result was not influenced by tooth type?root canal type?status of the periapex or clinical condition (P0.05).Conclusion:ROOT ZX can be strongly recommended for clinical implementation of endodontics in primary teeth, particularly when treating fear and fidgety children.
