Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on the stroke patients′ function of movement and their ability of activities of daily living.Methods: 76 stroke patients were randomly divided into intervention group(38 cases) and control group(38 cases).The control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing,the intervention group were treated with cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of the control group.Simplied Fugl-Meyer(FMA) and Modified Barthel(MBI) were used to evaluate the clinical effect before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,all of the patients′ FMA and MBI score in intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The cognitive-behavioral intervention was benifical to patients receiving treatment in a healthy mental state.It may promote the recovery of stroke patients′ limb motor function and their activities of daily living ability.
