On the Informationalization of Education and Teachers' Development

At the times of information,which claims education to be informationalized.Informationalization of education means that to make full use of computer and internet as the informational technology of modernization in the process of education,which make efforts to develop teachers and students the ability to use computer,to enhance the whole reform of education,to improve the quality and efficiency of education,make them adapt to the new needs of educational development because of informational society.So,to improve broadly the teachers' informational quality has been an urgent subject and task.Informatization of education demands anew teachers as setting up teaching-and-technology concept and owning good informatization quality;adapting to the new teaching model and building up new-type relationship between teachers and students.Faced up with the informatization of education,our countermeasures to teachers' development are: the government should make favorable policy and invest more funds;remove gradually the teachers'fear and rebellion of informatization means;create good education environment of information technology to improve the training system of informatization of teachers' education.
