Expression and Purification Of RBBP10,Preparation of Polyclonal Antibody and Immunohistochemistry Expression Pattern

The ORF of RBBP10 was cloned into pQE-30 and expressed in E.coli M15,and RBBP10 protein was then generated and purified.The purified RBBP10 was used to prepare rabbit-anti-human polyclonal antibody.The expression of RBBP10 in the human breast cancer,the benign breast proliferation and the normal breast was detected using immunohistochemical method.The results showed that the expression level in breast cancer was somewhat higher than in the benign breast proliferation and no expression in the normal breast,and RBBP10 was localized in the gland epithelia of the breast,suggests that RBBP10 possibly play a role in the occurrence of the breast cancer and the benign breast proliferation.
