Application of Oil and Gas Lubrication Technology in Six-strand Continuous Billet Caster

Abstract

The oil and gas lubrication technology was used in No.1 six-strand continuous billet caster of No.3 Steelmaking Rolling Plant,Maashan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.It reduced maintenance and repairing costs of the continuous billet caster,greatly decreased oil consumption and increased service life of the continuous billet caster.The connection of main PLC control system of the continuous billet caster realized real-time monitoring of operation parameters in HMI and alarm display of failure information.
