Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement for determination of β-caryopyllene in Mujingyou soft capsules by GC internal standard method. Methods:Through establishing GC internal standard method determination mathematical mode, the factors affecting the uncetainty were deduced. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated, from which the combined uncertainty and finally the extended uncertainty were obtaine in 95% confidence intervals. Results:The determined content of β-caryopyllene in Mujingyou soft capsules of this test is(84.25±3.59)mg·g-1.Conclusion:The established mathematic model is applicable to the uncertainty analysis of GC internal standard method in the determination of drugs.
