Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the content determination of cefalexil in cefalexin capsules by HPLC.Method:Each components of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the various variable parameters among the procedures. The combined standard uncertainty uc and the expanded uncertainty U95were then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.Rusults:The expression of the results of the content determination of cefalexin capsules was 101.7%±3.26%(k=2),the combined standard uncertainty uc was1.63%,the expanded uncertainty U95was 3.26%.Conclusion:The method of the evaluation of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
