The Basic Implement Strategies of the Tutorial System in Higher Vocational Colleges

As for students′ ideological problem and present management situation,this paper discusses the basic strategies of implementing the management of tutorial system in higher vocational education through the following aspects as the necessity of implementing tutorial system in higher vocational education,the responsibilities and tasks of the tutor,and the basic procedures and methods of implementation of tutorial system.
