Problems and Research Strategy in the Implementation Process of Mechanisms Professional Tutor System

Undergraduate tutorial system implementation for improving the undergraduate training mode,to establish a new training mechanism and improve the quality of students played a very important role.However,most of our colleges and universities in the process of implementation of undergraduate professional tutorial system are more or less there is a certain problem,is of great significance for the continued development of the college to find these problems and find solutions.This paper discussed and analyzed from two aspects of the problem and research strategies in the professional tutorial system implementation process.
