A Study of Constructing the Mediation System for the Cluster Conflicts under the Harmonious Social Angle

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of social economy,the social cluster contradiction is increasingly prominent,which directly affects the social harmony and stability.Correctly handling the cluster contradiction has become an important task for the construction of harmonious society.Therefore,it is necessary for us to thoroughly study the deep reasons,new characters and expressions why the cluster contradiction produces and by use of systemic theory to construct a mediation system for the cluster contradiction from the perspective of harmonious society;i.e.regulation system,policy system,legal system and mechanic system.
