Abstract
Objective To systematicly evaluate the effect of puerarin on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease. Methods The articles of Wanfang Database,Chinese Academic Journal were searched. The randomized controlled trials of puerarin injection in treating pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation were contained. Results There were eight randomized controlled studies(863 patients).Meta analysis showed that the effect of treatment group(adding puerarir)was better than that of control group with the RR(95% CI) 1.26[1.12,1.42].Conclusion Adding puerarin injection can improve the effect of conventional treatment on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease.
