Abstract
RNA interference(RNAi)is a process of gene silencing induced by double-strand RNA(dsRNA).In this course, the messenger RNA homologous to dsRNA is degraded and expression of this gene is restrained. From the discovery of RNAi,the understanding of RNAi has been increased. The understandings from the initial prediction of interference patterns to a sophisticated understanding of a multi-faceted,mechanisms that regulate gene expression in many organisms. The technique of RNAi has also been developed as a genetic tool that can be researched in more and more domains.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
