Environmental Right be the Key of Environment Law System

Enviromment right is the basic right in the field of environment, which has close relationship with other basic rights, such as existence right, development right and freedom right. In order to better protect the human rightsof the citizen and achieve fundamental improvement of environmental situationm, we should clearly regulate environment right and pay the highest attention to environmental right of the whole system of environmental laws, which is the basis of perfecting our country system of environmental laws.
