Abstract
A new method was introduced to isolate and identify rat hepatocytes in this paper.The rat liver was perfused with the solution of collagenase to obtain liver cells suspension.The simple perfusing device consisted of squirmy pump and sieve and so on.The purity of rat hepatocytes were identified by the constituted expression of 6-P-Gase using enzyme-chemistry.The method is simple,convenient and reliable for isolating and identifying the hepatocytes of rat and found a basis for further research of hepatocytes.
