Abstract
In this paper, we briefly introduced two ways using Matlab engine and Matcom to realize combined programe with Matlab and VC++, analysed and compared these two ways. The step calling Matcom in VC++ project we illustrated in detail, furthermore, we discussed the matrix variable and the question of calling the function with alterable in out variables.
