Abstract
The combined university is the country where an important part of higher education system,local service sector combined with the local college of economic and social development is the inevitable trend of development of higher education is an important mission entrusted by the times.In the new historical conditions,the local merged colleges should follow the good tradition of school and the idea of seizing opportunities for development,subject to play advantage,improve service industry and local development capacity to achieve local merged universities and local economic and social development interactions win.
