Abstract

Local colleges and universities are increasingly playing an important role in the process of building a socialist harmonious society.This paper analyzes the problems in development of local colleges and raises local college reform strategy to build a long-term mechanism in service of local economic and social development.It has important practical significance to achieve higher education reform and to achieve a win-win of college and places.
