Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of syringoylagmatine on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro. Methods We measured the maximum of platelet aggregation(expressed in percentage) within 5 minutes which was induced by ADP,COL and AA according to the born turbid imetric method with a platelet aggregometer. Results Each group of syringoylagmatine can inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by ADP,AA and COL in vitro. Some groups of syringoylagmatine were more active than leonurine. Conclusion Syringoylagmatine can inhibit platelet aggregation induced by ADP,COL and AA in vitro to some extent.
