On the Establishment of Harmonious Relations between Teachers and Students in Teaching Process

Abstract
A harmonious society is a level of harmony with the core of which is the harmonious relationship be-tween people.The relationship between teachers and students is to form the class of small community which can be the subject of harmony.Harmonious relations between teachers and students are direct impact on the effective-ness of teaching and at the same time stimulating the enthusiasm of the students,giving impetus for a teacher to work hard.Teaching should be created an atmosphere of equality,democracy and a relaxed and harmonious work-ing relationship among teaching,so as to the true direction of a harmonious and effective classroom teaching.
