TCM Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Nifedipine in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension Control observation

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the TCM syndrome differentiation combined with nifedipine in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension curative effect.[Methods]In our hospital from 2011 February to 2012 March treated 66 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases in each group.The control group according to TCM syndrome differentiation typing results take corresponding measures for treatment;treatment group on the basis of the control group oral nifedipine GITS,10mg/,3 /d,oral.The curative effect of treatment of 10d.[Results]The treatment group 15 cases,effective in 17 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the total effective rate was 96.97%;the control group 9 cases,effective in 18 cases,6 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 81.82%.Clinical effect of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion]TCM combined with nifedipine in treating aged patients with hypertension curative effect,quick effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,shorten the time of treatment,improve patients' quality of life,worthy of wide popularization and application of.
