The Problems and Countermeasures on the Patent Protection of Chinese Enterprises

With the rapid development of global economy,the function and value of the intangible assets has been observed increasingly,especially the patent right have become the key force of global business competition.Since our country reforming and opening up,the work of patent has been conducted and has achieved significant effects,moreover,the research of patent is also being improved deeply.However,the patent protection of Chinese enterprises still has some problems,such as many enterprises have lack of patent consciousness,the level of patent technology is not high,even,and some of enterprises are far short of patent strategy.Therefore,under this urgent situation,our country should consummate the patent protection.For instance,strengthen enterprise internal patent protection,enhance the level of enterprise patent technology,and consummate the legal system to improve the patent protection.
