Research on Enterprise Patent Activity Beyond Patent System

As native enterprises have relatively weak patent capabilities compared to foreign enterprises and appear patent paradox,patent system is beyond development stage of economics and technology.This paper analyzes various factors,such as examination period,which influence enterprise innovation motives,and then presents several propositions suitable for the enterprise needed which are also verified by the 287 Zhejiang innovative enterprise data.The main conclusion is that,under current patent system,the specific strategies,such as adjusting the patent examination,strengthening patent protection and forming patent pools,can promote enterprise innovation and patent behavior.
