Abstract
Chinese traditional political culture still has a great influence on the modernization construction of Chinese political culture. The external characteristics of Chinese traditional political culture takes the administration of the nation as the basic value to seek for the knowledge and method of running nation. It highlights the value of individual political action, stresses individual morality. It is a kind of political culture based on agriculture.
