Globalism has comprehensive and profound influence on nation countries. It has difference in political system, political value view between Chinese political culture and Western political culture .However ,it is not at all opposite but interchange and fusion .The thesis analyses critically Chinese traditional political culture and reveals historical drawbacks of integrative view,hierarchy and rule by man on Chinese traditional political culture .We must handle correctly the fusion between Chinese traditional culture and Western culture and cultivate political subject consciousness ,political participatory consciousness and political approval consciousness of citizens in order that Chinese traditional political culture adapts to modern political life and accomplish political modernization.
