Abstract

At the First National Conference on Folk Law and Customary Law,scholars held discussions on topics such as the principles of folk law and customary law,folk norm and the autonomy of civil soci- ety,folk law in contemporary Chinese legal system,and folk law and legal methods.They also pro- posed certain plans for the study of folk law and customary law.
