Abstract
In the past 14 years,the changes and developments of establishing diplomatic relations between Korea and China had attracted the world's attention.During early days,Korea focused most of its investment on labor-intensive industry.After entering the mature period,Korea needs readjust its investment to more advanced areas such as large scale investments,investment strategy,investment regions,and investment structure.
