Study on the Status Chinese Enterprises′s Direct Investment to Korean

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Korea the two countries increased mutual investment continues,but relatively Korea invest more in China.In order to reverse this unbalanced situation,the paper study on the characteristics in different development stages,the amount of investment and industrial structure of China's investment in South Korea,and others elaborate on the status,summed up the favorable conditions of China's investment in Korea such as cultural,industrial structure,South Korea's GDP,the exchange rate,and South Korea degree of openness and preferential policies,as well as the adverse factors in health care,education,housing,enterprise management,and other aspects,finally give some simple recommendations in China's investment direction combined with Korea's policy of attracting foreign investment.
