Abstract
Objective To discuss E-cadherin expression in esophageal cancer and to study its impacts on the prognosis of esophageal cancer.MethodsImmuno-histochemistry method was used to detect esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal esophageal tissue of E-cadherin expression.ResultsThe expression of E-cadherin in esophageal cancer tissue was lower than that in normal next to esophageal cancer organizations, the expression of E-cadherin in esophageal cancer patients was not related to gender, nationality, tumor location, size, degree of differentiation and cancer clinical pathology stages.ConclusionCompared to the adjacent normal esophageal organizations, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the E-cadherin expression is low or no expression, suggests that the tumor in the development process along with the role of cell adhesion loss.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
