Abstract

There is much quarrel to qualification on Voluntary surrender for confessing one's crime in disciplinary action in theory and practice. This act must be qualified as voluntary surrender, for it has the terms and coincide with the legal sense of voluntary surrender. And it has important sense in reducing judicial resource and teaching and remolding the criminal.
