Abstract

New village has already become a popular statement,the scholars have achieved mutual recognition in some aspects,there are also many differences about how to carry out the construction in practice,and these differences lead to different opinions about cultural construction in countryside.Maybe we should set up a new view of development before we discuss the cultural construction in countryside.Under the new view of development,we will form more clear and more profound ideas about the significance,the goal and the carrier of cultural construction in countryside.
