Analysis of the Wireless Network Card Driver in Linux

Abstract

With the development of Wireless Access Technology,the mobile terminal accessing to WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network)has been the development trend.Therefore,the rearch on the driver of wireless network card is obviously important.This paper,based on Linux,analyses the principle of the network device,the architecture of wireless network card driver and the design methods of some modules.The focus of this paper is on the initialization and the uninstall of the device in the wireless network card driver,the transmitting of packets is also discussed.As a result,the wireless network card can work properly in the driver.
